2011 ANNUAL RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT, 2011 ANNUAL MEETING
AND DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS DATES

EBOS GROUP LIMITED (EBO) ADVISES:

- It will announce its annual results for the year ending 30 June 2011 to the market on Friday, 26 August 2011.

- It will be holding its 2011 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on Thursday 20 October 2011, the venue and time will be advised in the Notice of Meeting.

- For the purpose of NZX Listing Rule 3.3.5, the opening date for nominations of directors is 3 August 2011 and the closing date is 24 August 2011. All nominations must be received by 4pm on the closing date.

Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting and should be addressed to:
